  • How can I place an order?
    1. Choose the items Choose the products from our Icebug Italia assortment and put them in the cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. By clicking on the "To cart" button you can instead check at any time which products are in your virtual cart. Whenever you add a product, you will see a preview on the right side of the screen. 2. Place your order Cart The selected products can be removed from the cart by clicking on the "Cancel" button or you can change the quantity of the chosen item through the drop-down menu. When you are satisfied with your choice, click on the "Checkout" button. Personal data In order to know where to ship the goods, we need your personal data. If you already have a customer account with us, enter your personal email and password and log in.If you do not yet have a customer account with us, enter the necessary data and click on the 'Next' button. Shipping and delivery address In the next step you can see which address the order will be sent to and the shipping costs. To change the delivery address, simply click on the 'Enter new delivery address' button. Confirm the delivery address by clicking on the 'Next step' button. Methods of payment On the next page you can choose the desired payment method. More information on the different payment options can be found by clicking on Payment methods. To proceed with the order you must confirm that you have read our General Terms and Conditions and then click on the "Next" button. Confirm and send We have summarized your order information on the next page. You can change your data through the corresponding link. By clicking on the 'Buy now' button, you agree to the binding purchase of the items contained in the cart. 3. Confirm the order After sending your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email that summarizes the information relating to your purchase. This email is intended solely to inform you that we have received your order. 4. Conclusion of the contract When the contract between you and us can be considered concluded depends on the payment method selected. Further information on this can be found in our payments section. 5. Delivery Orders will be delivered within 2-6 working days from Monday to Saturday. The products are equipped with all the most important documents such as the information booklet and of course the invoice where required.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    PayPal With PayPal you can pay on Icebug Italia in an easy, fast and safe way. Use your personal account and conveniently pay for your purchase. We will immediately receive payment confirmation from PayPal and process your order immediately. Don't have a PayPal account yet? Then register your bank account in a few clicks on www.paypal.it . Registration takes only a few seconds, you just have to enter your email, your address and your bank details. From this moment on you can buy safely, without giving your bank details to third parties. Credit card Convenient and safe: pay by debit to your credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Enter your card number, validity and verification code and Icebug Italia will transfer your data in complete safety. If your card requires a 3D-Secure code, a request will be sent to your credit institution. After a few seconds your order can already be processed. Bank transfer in advance Easy and safe: pay for your purchase on Icebug Italia conveniently through your home-banking. This payment method requires the prior authorization of Icebug Italia and the communication of the reference IBAN.
  • What are the security measures used on transitions?
    Security measures for online payment are our first priority. All our payment methods are absolutely safe and have proved to be more than reliable for online commerce over the years.
  • Can I change the payment method after confirming it?
    For technical reasons it is not possible to change the payment method at a later time. If you wish to pay via PayPal rather than by bank transfer, cancel your current order and proceed with the purchase again on our site.
  • Can I pay part of the amount immediately and the rest in installments?
    No, for procedural reasons it is unfortunately not possible to make this type of payment.
  • Do shipping costs include VAT?
    All shipping costs are inclusive of VAT.
  • Do shipping costs apply to each item?
    Regardless of the number of items ordered, the shipping costs are applied only once.
  • What happens when I order an item with free shipping?
    For the purchase of an item with free shipping, we cover the delivery costs of the entire order.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    The delivery of the goods generally takes place within 2-6 working days after receiving the order. For the islands, delivery times may be longer. Thanks to the online tracking system, you can track the shipment of your purchase and know where your package is at any time.Please note: delivery is delayed by 2-3 working days in case of bank transfer.
  • When is the order shipped?
    Our shipping promises for you - Order Monday to Friday until 2pm and we'll ship your order the same day!
  • Can I change the delivery address even after shipment?
    No, unfortunately it is not possible to change the address after the goods have been delivered to the courier.
  • On which days is the package delivered to me?
    Your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday by one of our partner couriers.
  • Can I agree on the day and time of delivery?
    No, unfortunately that's not possible. Our shipping service has no influence on the exact time of delivery.
  • How far does the delivery take place?
    Courier delivery takes place at your home at street level.
  • Is shipping insurance also included in the shipping costs? What extension does it have?
    For every order that leaves our logistics center, we take out transport insurance. The costs are paid by us. Transport insurance covers all damage up to the actual delivery of the goods. In any case, you will receive an intact and flawless package, complete with the entire contents of your order. We take care of the rest. In case you receive a damaged package, accept the shipment with reserve, take some photos, check the contents and contact us in case there are damaged or missing products.
  • Can I check where my order is?
    In the confirmation email you will find a shipping number with which you can check the status of your order at any time. In this way you can follow each step of the shipment until delivery is made.
  • How does the return work?
    We are sorry that you are not satisfied with one of our products. In this case you can return it within 14 days. Please note that we do not provide a direct exchange service. If you wish to have the product returned in a different color or size, then you will need to place a new order on our site
  • What happens if I no longer want the ordered product? What if that's not good?
    For online purchases you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Here you can find the exact terms of use and further information.
  • Who answers the technical questions?
    Icebug footwear and related accessories are products, which in many cases require technical explanations. For any technical questions you will be assisted and advised by our customer service experts. Use our contact form to process your application as soon as possible. In any case, we ask you to provide your telephone number in order to be contacted. We do our best to make you happy with your purchases.
  • How long does the guarantee last?
    The warranty of the products purchased lasts 24 months and is effective from the delivery of the goods. The warranty does not cover damage due to natural wear or inappropriate use of the item.
